THE STRONG SPIRIT
OUR PRAYER FOR YOU
And we pray that He would unveil within you the unlimited riches of His glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with His divine might and explosive power. Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of His love will become the very source and root of your life. Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is His love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding. This extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God! Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.
STRENGTH FROM THE INSIDE OUT!
May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. Ephesians 3:16 AMPC
And if the Spirit of Him Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, [then] He Who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also restore to life your mortal (short-lived, perishable) bodies through His Spirit Who dwells in you. Romans 8:11 AMPC
One of satan’s greatest weapons is discouragement, and he knows exactly when to use it. He waits until you are spiritually weak, your body tired and susceptible to his lies. Then he hits you hard in your emotions, trying to tell you that you are not accomplishing anything of value in your life.
God’s invitation to us is to be strengthen with mighty power in the inner man by the Holy Spirit Himself and since God’s Spirit of Resurrection lives in us, He will also quicken and give us His Zoe Life (The Life of God). He makes us alive REJUVENATED by His Spirit. We are REFRESHED in His Presence.
If you will yield to the Holy Spirit who dwells in you. He will fill you with so much resurrection power that you will be ready to get up and go again!
THE INNER MAN
Your new recreated spirit just as his mind can be educated and improved. How? Through the reading/study of God's Word. We cannot understand spiritual things with our natural minds. Our minds must be renewed by God's power in order for us to fully understand the Word of God.
The Apostle Paul said, “Someone living on an entirely human level rejects the revelations of God’s Spirit, for they make no sense to him. He can’t understand the revelations of the Spirit because they are only discovered by the illumination of the Spirit.” (1 Cor. 2:14).
The Word of God was given by the Spirit of God, “For no prophecy ever originated because some man willed it [to do so—it never came by human impulse], but men spoke from God who were borne along (moved and impelled) by the Holy Spirit.” (2 Peter 1:21). This is why the natural mind cannot understand God's Word.
The Bible can only be understood with the heart (the hidden man of the heart or inner man). Once a man is born again and becomes a child of God, he can understand the Bible and can learn spiritual things.
As Paul said, he has become a new creature in Christ Jesus: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Cor. 5:17).
The threefold nature of man, which is spirit, soul, and body. (in that order)
-
spirit—the part of man which deals with the spiritual realm.
-
soul—the part of man which deals with the mental realm: his reasoning, feelings and emotions.
-
body—the part of man which deals with the physical realm.
Paul made a distinction between them in 1 Thessalonians 5:23 - And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).
For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. (Heb. 4:12).
When the mind has been renewed with the Word of God, the soul (mind) will then take sides with the spirit (inner man), because it knows the Word. Then God's Spirit will govern through man's spirit.
Romans 8:14 says that “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.”
When you make the decision to read the Living Word (Bible) daily, it will create change and transformation in your life. His Word and His Spirit feed your inner man.
John 1:1: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
As a Believer, you have the potential to walk in a greater place of supernatural strength by developing your inner man. ” The strong spirit of a man sustains him in bodily pain or trouble” (Proverbs 18:14, AMP).
A strong spirit will cause you to overcome physical attacks, financial problems and relational difficulties, anything that the devil throws your way. With a Strong Spirit, you can build a wall of protection around you, so when the storms of life hit, you stand like a rock, unshaken and unmovable!
Your new recreated spirit has the capacity to be rooted, grounded and established in the Word of God so that you can actually repel disease, resist sin, override doubt, dissolve offense, block pressure, and prevent yourself from getting entangled in the cares of this world. You have the ability to build up your spiritual immune system to such a degree that sickness can’t penetrate it, discouragement can't sway it, fear can’t stop it, bad news can’t move it, and adversity can’t affect it. The stronger your spirit, the easier it is to receive, resist and stand in faith! If you are feeling weak or you are fighting any sickness in your body; don’t fear, help is on the way; Jesus will make you strong again. Would you receive it? Are you ready to get strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might?
FIRST THINGS FIRST
God’s Word should be first in our lives. We can feed upon God's Word until it becomes a part of our inward nature (inner man), and in any situation or emergency, the first thing we think of is what God's Word says. Christians often try to get advice from other people instead of listening to what God has said about the situation.
We can find direction in God's Word. If we will listen to the Holy Spirit, He will open the Word of God and direct us. We already have direction from God's Word for many of the affairs of life; we only need to act on it. We will find the answer for every situation of life in the Word of God.
Do you believe that the Spirit of God expressed the will of the Father God through the Words in the Bible, through Jesus and through the Words that are recorded about Him? Can you find the will of God in the Bible? If you can’t, where are you going to find it? The Bible says not to live foolishly so that we can discern and fully understand the will of God.
Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:17 (AMPC). How do we find the will of God? We find it in the Word of God, and that’s another way of saying “Jesus.”
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63. The Word of God reveals to us the will of God. Jesus said, “I didn’t come of Myself, but He sent Me.” He said, “I don’t speak of Myself.” Everything you ever saw Jesus do or heard Him say was a direct revelation of the unchanging will of God for all men, for all time. Faith believes it when it does not look like it’s even possible, just simply because He said it.
Luke 5:12-13, The man said, “If you will, I know you can.” Jesus said, “I will.” What about a man or woman who needs deliverance from habits and problems? What is He going to say? “Of course, I will.” What about someone who is oppressed in their mind? That’s why He bore the chastisement of your peace. “Of course, I will.”
Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.
(Isaiah 53:4-5 AMPC)
Did He take your infirmities? Did He bear your sicknesses? Did He carry your pains? “By His stripes,” His wounds, “we’re healed.” (1 Peter 2:24) Then of course He will. Say this out loud: “Of course He will.”
What’s been provided by grace must be received by faith. It must be received and act on it. It must be taken with your faith. If someone bought a meal for you, it doesn’t mean you’re going to get full unless you receive it or take it.
I am so glad what Jesus said in Matthew 13:11 “And He replied to them, To you it has been given to know the secrets and mysteries of the kingdom of heaven…”
We find these mysteries in God’s precious Holy Word with the Holy Spirit’s help; He is our Helper and He will guide us through the scriptures to find them.
John 16:12-13 says that “But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future]. (AMPC)
It doesn’t matter who it is, and no matter where, and no matter how far gone, and how bad and hopeless things may seem, we can look up and say, “Lord, I know You can do it. “and “I know I can do it with Your help.” Jesus said; “The earth and sky will wear out and fade away before one word I speak loses its power or fails to accomplish its purpose.” If that’s the case; which it is! His answer will always be: “Of course, I will!
Say this out loud: I’ve heard from heaven. I have my answer. It’s not what men think. It’s in the Holy Word.He told me, and I believe it. Healing power is at work in me. The Word of God is life to me. It is medicine, healing, and health to all my flesh. Healing power is at work in me!
Proverbs 18:14 says, “The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?” The Amplified Bible says, “The strong spirit of a man,” that’s male or female, “sustains him in bodily pain or trouble, but a weak and broken spirit who can raise up or bear?”
What is going to get you through a physical attack, weakness and bodily pain? A Strong Spirit. The thief comes to do what? He comes to steal and kill and destroy (John 10:10), but he has to wait until you’re weak, because when you’re strong, it doesn’t do him much good.
We get stronger until we finish our course, leave our body, and say, “You can bury it now; I’m finished with it.” Building yourself up; putting yourself in a strict diet of God’s Word, day after day; week after week, instead of getting weaker, you will get stronger and stronger, and the Lord will be reinforcing you for the days to come and the months and years ahead.
Nothing will happen that you are not prepared for and strong to deal with. You will be ready, and you will be able, so you will overcome and overcome! You will triumph again and again and win! You will be healed, delivered, and have victory again and again! That’s the will of God for all of us. What will get you through the worst sickness and problems in this life? A strong spirit (inner man) will. If I’m strong in my spirit, I’m going to overcome them.
ONE MORE THING - KEEP YOUR HEART WITH ALL DILIGENCE
In Proverbs 4:22, He said that His words are life to those that find them. His Words are health, or medicine, to all their flesh. What did He say in the next verse, in verse 23? “Keep your heart.”
Where does the life that is in your flesh come from? It comes from God to your spirit, and through your spirit to your body. What happens when the spirit leaves the body? The body is dead; it has no life. The brain is still there, but it’s dead. The brain is not the source of life for the body. He said, “Guard your heart, watch over it. Keep it with diligence.” Why? Because out of your heart comes the life that’s in your flesh. The condition of your spirit will affect your body! Your immune system will be affected by a weak spirit. The electrical or chemical energy will affect your heart, brain and lungs.
As your spirit (inner man) gets strong and infused with life, it will affect your body. The life that’s in your flesh comes out of your spirit (inner man, hidden man of the heart). God’s power will quicken you on the inside, His life will flood into your body and you will overcome any ailment in your body. Glory to God! You are a spirit, you have a mind, and you live in a body. Paul called the body a “tent.”
2 Corinthians 5:1-5 (MSG) - For instance, we know that when these bodies of ours are taken down like tents and folded away, they will be replaced by resurrection bodies in heaven—God-made, not handmade—and we’ll never have to relocate our “tents” again.
So above all, guard the affections of your heart for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being (spirit), for from there flows the wellspring of life. The only reason your eyelids are moving and your heart is beating is because you’re in your body. What’s going to get you through something that’s trying to tear your body apart? What’s going to get you through something that’s destroying your blood? Is there anything stronger than these diseases trying to destroy you? Yes! Look!
Jesus is the dazzling radiance of God’s splendor, the exact expression of God’s true nature, His mirror image! He holds the universe together and expands it by the mighty power of his spoken word. Think about that!
Jesus is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature, upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power. Think about that!
Jesus is stamped with God’s nature. He holds everything together by what He says—powerful words! God’s Words are full of power and they are more than enough to overcome anything. The medical field works on the body from the outside. Physical affects physical. Divine healing is healing from the inside.
When God heals you, where is He? He’s already inside of you, isn’t He? His Spirit is already in your spirit, so His life is already in you. Ephesians 3:16 - May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality].
Say this out loud: “I’ve got the life of God in me.”
That “life of God” has been stronger in you at sometimes than at other times in your life, and that affects your spirit and your body. So how do you get your spirit built up if you’ve let it become weak?
First Timothy 4:6 says, “In pointing out these things to the brothers and sisters, you will be a good servant of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of the faith and the sound teaching that you have been following.
What do good ministers do? They nourish you and build you up in the words of faith. That doesn’t mean every sermon has to be on the subject of faith, but every sermon is from faith, out of faith, in faith, and to faith.
Faith is of the spirit. It’s not mental. You don’t believe God with your mind. The mind is involved in it, but faith is not of the mind.
Romans 10:10 says, “For with the heart man believes...” He is not talking about your physical blood pump. You can’t believe God with your physical heart any more than you can believe God with your kidney or with your lung. He’s talking about your spirit, the inner part of your being, what you are and who you are.
You believe God with your heart. Faith is not mental. It’s not just based on what you know. You can know a lot and be full of fear and doubt. You can know and quote several scriptures and be full of fear. Faith is of the heart. Can you recognize a person whose spirit is strong and whose faith is strong? It’s not intellectual; it’s spiritual, but it’s real.
Be selective about what you are putting before your eyes; what you are hearing. Listen to the direction of the Holy Spirit. “My son attend to my words.” (Proverbs 4:20) Attend to His words. Don’t let God’s Words depart from your eyes. Keep them in the midst of your heart night and day. These Words will feed life right into your spirit. It will strengthen you inside.
Jesus said: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4.
His words feed your spirit. When you read the Bible every day, it feeds your spirit. When you go to church, it feeds your spirit. Because you are hearing His words. You can believe God and get healed and never know what was wrong with you. You may never know what it would have taken to find a cure, because nobody ever found out what was wrong. You could still be healed, because no matter what it is, the power of God is bigger and stronger. The life of God is greater.
Let’s Recap:
Eat the right thing. The ear tastes words like the mouth tastes food, and the words you hear are either putting the right things into you or the wrong things. Words can put faith in you, or they can take it away. Words can put fear and doubt in you, or they can put faith. Words can minister death to you, or they can minister life. They can minister joy and peace or depression and anxiety. What you listen to, and what you watch and read is helping you or hurting you. Put yourself on a diet of good, solid Word of God—words of faith. Read your Bible in faith. Feed yourself in faith and be in a place where you get fed faith, life, and revelation.
When you need more, go where you can get more. Forget about other activities that will keep you from getting yourself strong and well. If you don’t, it can be too late. Get busy getting yourself full of the Word.
How do you exercise spiritually? One of the best ways to exercise spiritually is with your confession, your words, and what you say.
How did you get born again? You believed with your heart, and you said it with your mouth. Speaking in tongues is a good spiritual exercise. Praising and worshiping God is a good spiritual exercise. Every time you’re exercising faith, you’re exercising your spirit.
Walking in love, walking in joy, and walking in all of the fruit of the Spirit is exercising.
Watch out! Fear will drain you. Worrying about something. Do you have your plate full? Are you involved in everything at work? School? Church? Did you ask the Lord if He wanted you to do that? If He did, He will strengthen you to get it done. But, if you are feeling weary, tired all the time, you have not incentive; ask Him and let go of stuff that is draining your strength.
Strife. Getting into arguments with someone; fussing, intense and heated “fellowship” will drain you. You do not have to fight and fuss with people. It takes two to be in strife, and you can be a nonparticipating party.
ARE YOU READY?
Something marvelous is going to happen; your spirit is going to get supercharged like a battery! Your spirit is going to get quickened! Your spirit is going to get life because The Life is in the Word of God.
Joel 3:10 says, “Let the weak say, I am strong.” What if you feel really, really, weak? Say, “I am strong.”
These are God’s Words; you are saying God’s Words. There is life in these words. Say it in faith; strength will be manifested in you.
Why would you say it? While you are saying it, you are hearing it. It’s feeding your spirit, and it’s nourishing you. While you’re saying it, you believe it. It will strengthen you.
Psalm 18:32 says, “It is God that girds me with strength, and makes my way perfect everywhere I go.” Say this out loud:
“It is God Who girds me with strength. He girds me with strength.” (ESV) - “He is the God Who makes me strong, Who makes my pathway safe.” The Living Bible says, “He fills me with strength and protects me wherever I go.”
Say This Out Loud: “He fills me with strength. He fills me with strength.”
Say This Out loud: He fills me with strength. He fills me with strength. He fills me with strength. He fills me with strength.
He fills me with strength. He fills me with strength. He is the God Who makes me strong. He is the God Who makes me strong.
If you want something different, you have to say something different. “Life and death are in the power of the tongue.” Proverbs 18:21.
Say This Out Loud: “He makes me strong. He fills me with strength. He girds me with strength.” Glory to God!
Psalm 27:1 says, “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” Nothing. “The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” I should be afraid of no one because He is the strength of my life.
Say This Out Loud: The Lord is the strength of my life. The Lord is the strength of my life. The Lord is the strength of my life. The Lord is the strength of my life. The Lord is the strength of my life. He’s the strength of my life.
What do you normally hear people say? “I’m weak. I’m hurting. I feel bad. I don’t know what’s wrong, I just don’t feel like doing it. I just feel so weak.”
The Bible tells you and me that if we feel or look weak, to say, “I am strong.” God told you to say something different than what the world says. He told you to say that you are strong.
Say This Out Loud: The Lord is the strength of my life. He’s the strength of my spirit. He’s the strength of my blood. He’s the strength of my mind. He’s the strength of my heart, my lungs, my blood, and my kidneys. He’s the strength of my immune system. He’s the strength of my emotions.
The weaker you feel, the more you say, “I’m strong. I’m strong in the Lord. The Lord is the strength of my life.”
How do you know if your spirit is weak? Your spirit is fearful and anxious, and you dread. Your spirit is depressed. You don’t want to do anything, you have no incentive, and you have no excitement. All you think about and talk about is what’s wrong and what’s bad. You talk about quitting. You think about giving up. There’s no use in going on. That's the fruit of a weak spirit.
How Can You Tell If You’re Strong In Your Spirit? Peace and joy are the evidence of a strong spirit. “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
You are refreshed; your face has a different shine and you look younger; your confidence is over the top because you know that He is your confidence. You are ready to do anything for God.
But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it (Numbers 14:24).
And now, behold, the Lord has kept me alive, as He said, these forty-five years, ever since the Lord spoke this word to Moses while Israel wandered in the wilderness; and now, here I am this day, eighty-five years old.
As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war, both for going out and for coming in.
Now therefore, give me this mountain of which the Lord spoke in that day; for you heard in that day how the Anakim were there, and that the cities were great and fortified. It may be that the Lord will be with me, and I shall be able to drive them out as the Lord said.” (Joshua 14).
Caleb was a victor because of the spirit within him. God Almighty is the One who gives you comprehension, understanding, movement, and operation. The Lord is interested in your spirit. He directs, helps, and blesses your spirit area.
Psalm 29:11 says, “The LORD will give strength to His people; the LORD will bless His people with peace.” AMPC says, “The Lord will give [unyielding and impenetrable] strength to His people…”
Say This Out Loud: He gives me unyielding strength, impenetrable strength. He gives me unfailing strength. He makes me strong. He makes me strong. He gives me strength.
Turn off your phone; your tablet, your computer and sit in your chair at home, If you like to lay down go ahead and start to get your mind quiet. Say: “I am strong in the Lord. I am strong. He is the strength of my life.” Worship Him, thank Him for what He has done for your life, what He is doing, and what He will do for you.
Say: “You are my strength. Oh, God, You are everlasting strength. You are the strength of my spirit and my mind and my life. You quicken me. You make me full of strength. You make me strong. I’m strong in You.”
Strength will literally come out of Him through your spirit into your body. “It will affect your physical body” It will affect your organs, your blood stream, and your brain cells. According to your faith be it done unto you.
Psalm 71:16 says, “I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD.” Say This Out Loud: “I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD.”
There may come the time when the enemy will come and tell you, “You can’t go. You don’t have the money. You don’t have the resources. What will you say? “I will go. I will go in the strength of the Lord.”
The devil will tell you—and it will look like it and feel like it—that you can’t go, and you can’t do it. That’s the time when, from the inside of you, you say, “I will go. I will go on. I will go through.” You’re going to do it in the strength of the Lord God. The Greater One is inside of you. He’s bigger than anything against you.
Say This Out Loud: I will go in the strength of the Lord God. I will go in the strength of the Lord God. “I will go on.”
You’re saying this based on the Word of God that’s keeping the Sun shining and the world turning.
Hebrews 1:3 - He is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature, upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power. When He had by offering Himself accomplished our cleansing of sins and riddance of guilt, He sat down at the right hand of the divine Majesty on high,
If there’s enough power in the Word to do that, there’s enough power to put a spark back in your body. There’s enough power to quicken your legs and arms, to jump start whatever needs to be jump started.
You go ahead and get ready to go anyway. It looks like there’s no way, but you get ready to go. There’s no money, but you plan to do it, and you keep saying, “I will do it. I will go.”
Yes, but you’re old. “I will go in the strength of the Lord.” Yes, but you’re broke. “I will go in the strength of the Lord.” Yes, but you’re ignorant and uneducated. “I will go, and I’ll make it in the strength of the Lord God.”
Say it one more time: “I will go in the strength of the Lord God.”
Psalm 84:7 says, “They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appears before God.”
The English Version says, “They grow stronger as they go.”
The Living Bible says, “They will grow constantly in strength.”
Say this out loud: “I go from strength to strength. I am going from strength to strength.”
Say This Out Loud: “I am going from strength to strength. I am going from strength to strength. I am going from strength to strength.” “I am going from strength to strength. I’m growing stronger. I’m increasing with strength.”
You have to say that when you feel weak. Let the weak say, “I am strong. I’m going from strength to strength.” You especially need to say it when you feel weaker than you’ve ever felt.
You say, “I’m getting stronger. I’m going from strength to strength to strength. I’m going from level to level of strength. I’m getting stronger.”
Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.”
There will be those who tell you that you can’t, that you’ve gone as far as you can go—and that may be true in your own strength. But you can do what seems impossible. You can go and do all things.
AMPC says, “I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].”
Say this out loud:
I can do all things. I can do anything through Christ Who strengthens me. I can do anything, everything through the Anointed One Who infuses me with strength. I can do it. I can do it through Christ Who strengthens me. I can do it. I can do it through Christ Who strengthens me. Through Christ. I can do all things through Him Who strengthens me.”
Ephesians 6:10 says, “Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”
The Living Bible says, “…your strength must come from the Lord’s mighty power within you…”
Amplified Bible says, “…draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides].”
Say This Again Several Times:
I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
I am strong. I am strong. I’m strong.
I’m strong in the Lord. I’m strong in the power of His might.
I’m strong. I’m strong. I’m strong. I am strong.
I am strong in the Lord.
I’m strong in His mighty power.
I am strong. I am strong. I am strong.
I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
I am strong. I am strong. I am strong in the Lord.
I call my body strong.
I call my kidneys strong.
I call my lungs strong.
I call my heart strong.
I call my digestive system strong.
I call my immune system strong.
I call my respiratory system strong.
I call my blood strong.
I call my bones strong.
I call my joints strong.
I call my nerves strong.
I call my vascular system strong.
I call my feet strong.
I call my knees strong.
I call my arteries strong.
I call my heart strong.
I call my respiratory system strong.
I call my nervous system strong.
I call my mind strong.
I call my reproductive system strong.
I call my emotions strong.
I call my lower back strong.
I call my skeleton system strong.
I call my hips strong.
I call my ears strong.
I call my vascular system strong. Glory to God!
